Introducing Robbie Long
From two decades on the road as a DJ and producer, through permaculture and horticulture, to becoming an independent, licensed BioGeometry Environmental Home Solutions Practitioner — all connected by one thread: what makes a place feel right.
Following the Thread of Harmony
Long before I discovered BioGeometry, one question had followed me for most of my life:
Why do some places make us feel more alive than others?
The Frequency of the Crowd
I first became aware of this through music.
Inspired by the energy, creativity, and freedom of electro, hip-hop, and DJ culture in the mid-1980s, I became part of the UK underground rave scene in the early 1990s. As a DJ, producer, and independent label owner, I spent a decade touring across the UK before going on to perform internationally.
What fascinated me most wasn't just the music, but the atmosphere — how a crowd of strangers could move together as one.
The Living World
Having kids brought a new perspective. I wanted to understand what actually helps things grow, and that curiosity took me into ecology, horticulture, and the natural world.
I completed a Permaculture Design Course in 2016 and went on to earn an RHS Diploma in Horticulture at Plumpton College, which included practical experience on two biodynamic farms.
Discovering BioGeometry
In 2019, I first came across BioGeometry through Alchemy Radio, a podcast by fellow DJ and producer John Gibbons. The episode featured an interview with BioGeometry founder, Dr Ibrahim Karim.
Something about it felt strangely familiar. It was as though BioGeometry was giving structure and language to relationships I had already been experiencing for years.
I wanted to understand more. Then, by chance, I discovered that a BioGeometry Foundation Course was taking place in Brighton the following month.
I read Dr Ibrahim Karim's books and began my training:
- Foundation and Advanced Training, Brighton — with Kris Attard
- Foundation and Advanced Training again— with Doreya and Laila Karim
- Applied Specialised Workshops — with Sayed Karim
- BG EHS Practitioner Training, in person — with Sayed Karim
Today, I'm an independent, licensed BioGeometry Environmental Home Solutions Practitioner — and I'm honoured to be the first full-time UK resident to hold this qualification.
Angles for Life, founded in 2025, grew out of all of this.
I started learning BioGeometry for a very personal reason: I wanted to bring greater balance into my own home. But the more I learnt, the more I wanted to share what I was discovering with other people.
Through Angles for Life, I work with homeowners, families, and professionals, approaching each property as an interconnected whole and applying BioGeometry principles to help create homes that feel calmer and more supportive of the people, animals, and plants living in them.
Environmental Home Solutions
I'm still asking the same question I began with: why do some places make us feel more alive than others? If that's something you're wondering about your own home, this is where we start.
A Personal Consultation About Your Home
If you're considering BioGeometry Home Harmonisation and would like to explore whether it is right for you and your property, you can book a personal consultation with me.
We'll discuss your home, what has brought you to BioGeometry, and any particular concerns or objectives you may have. I'll also explain how Environmental Home Solutions works and what would be involved for your property.
Consultation — £100
If you go ahead with your Home Harmonisation, the full consultation fee will be deducted from the final project price.
What Happens Next?
Following your consultation, I'll prepare a bespoke proposal for your property setting out the scope of the project, project duration and full cost, including any applicable travel expenses
You can then decide whether you would like to go ahead. There is no obligation to proceed.
