Cancellation & Refund Policy

BioGeometry Home Harmonisation Consultation

The £100 consultation fee is payable at the time of booking.

If you decide to proceed with a BioGeometry Home Harmonisation following your consultation, the full £100 consultation fee will be deducted from the final project price.

Your right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer booking online, you generally have the right to cancel your consultation within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact Angles For Life by email and clearly state that you wish to cancel your consultation.

If your consultation is scheduled to take place within this 14-day cancellation period, you may request that the service is provided before the cancellation period has ended. Where the consultation has been fully provided following such a request and the required acknowledgement has been given, your statutory right to cancel may no longer apply.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, please contact Angles For Life as soon as possible. Where reasonably possible, your consultation can be moved to an alternative available date without an additional charge.

After the consultation

Once the consultation has been provided, the £100 consultation fee is non-refundable, except where you have a statutory right to a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
