Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to services provided by Angles For Life, operated by Robbie Long as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing or booking a service through this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Angles For Life provides BioGeometry home harmonisation services, consultations and related services.

The nature, scope, duration and price of any home harmonisation project will be set out in the proposal provided to you before the project is confirmed.

2. Consultations

Phone consultations are charged at £100.

The consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your property, circumstances and reasons for considering BioGeometry Environmental Home Solutions, and to explain the proposed approach, likely scope, timescale and costs.

If you subsequently proceed with a home harmonisation project, the £100 consultation fee will be deducted from the final project price.

3. Cancellation of Consultations

Consumers purchasing services online generally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to certain exceptions and conditions.

If you expressly request that your consultation takes place during this 14-day period, the service may begin before the cancellation period has expired.

If the consultation is fully completed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement that your cancellation right will be lost once the service has been fully performed, your right to cancel that service will end once the consultation has been completed.

4. Home Harmonisation Projects

Following the consultation, you may receive a bespoke proposal setting out the scope of the proposed work, project price, anticipated duration and any applicable travel expenses.

There is no obligation to proceed with a home harmonisation project following a consultation.

If you choose to proceed, a 25% deposit is required to secure the agreed harmonisation date or dates. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due two weeks before the first harmonisation date.

5. Property Information

You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete when discussing your property and requirements.

Changes to the property, project scope or other relevant circumstances may affect the work required, project duration or final price. Any material changes will be discussed with you before additional work or charges are agreed.

6. Nature of the Service

BioGeometry services are intended as environmental harmonisation services and are not medical diagnosis, treatment or healthcare services.

Individual experiences vary, and no particular health, wellbeing or other outcome is guaranteed.

7. Access to the Property

For on-site services, you are responsible for ensuring that reasonable access to the property and relevant areas is available at the agreed time.

Any particular access requirements will be discussed before the project begins.

8. Reasonable Care and Skill

Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

9. Changes or Cancellations

If circumstances require Angles For Life to change an agreed consultation or project date, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a suitable alternative.

Any cancellation or rescheduling terms specific to a home harmonisation project may also be set out in your individual proposal.

10. Website Information

Reasonable care is taken to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date. Website content is provided for general information about Angles For Life and its services and does not constitute medical or other professional healthcare advice.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
